What We Offer

Door-to-Door Transportation for Eligible Waiver Participants Colombe Home Care offers non-emergency transportation for individuals enrolled in
Indiana Medicaid Waiver programs, including the Family Supports Waiver (FSW) and Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) Waiver. Transportation is provided to and from authorized services, programs, or community-based activities.
