Our trained direct support professionals provide 24/7 assistance tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping with daily living skills, community participation, and personal development. Whether an individual requires extensive support or simply a helping hand, our goal is to help them live as independently as possible while receiving compassionate, consistent care.

Our Residential Habilitation services are available to individuals who qualify under Indiana’s Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid Waivers, such as the Family Supports Waiver (FSW) or Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) Waiver. We assist with the enrollment process and offer support in navigating eligibility requirements.
